The district manager of the store i am employed at never orders enough stock so we constantly have to tell the customers we dont have milk or not swirls or even certain cup sizes and tops. I have never worked for such a terrible boss who also hires people who dont show for their shift. Terrible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If there were consequences for poor employees behavior so the employees that do work and show up might feel appreciated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better managers and bosses who actually do their job rather than depending on the few employees to cover for their lack of leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have employees that actually care about being here and dont just sit on their phone and text or go smoke for their whole shift
