Answer employee questions, give proper training, not tell at employees in frontnof customers, give promotions to those that are always there giving 100% and not put younger people on as team leaders or managers when they have varely eorked fir the company. Giving new employees more money and better
Ive been at Dunkins for almost a years and i have seen numerous employees leave due to being under psid and treated poorly. When employees quit, or fail to show up, im relied on to step up. Even though i havent been promoted to team leader or given a bump in pay, but told ill be promoted.
