Remove management and employees will function better as a team with out the stress.

I really can't think of anything positive, because everyone is not happy or has complaints
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to be replaced, she is an embarrassment to Dunkin brands, and is abusive to employees and customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really thought the manager was a good person but I found out the hard way I was wrong
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One holiday a year is disgraceful, manager or assistant manager should not be allowed to retaliate against employees by cutting hours, and should not be allowed any sharing of tips per IRS, manager distributes tips according to favorites and not by rules of law.
