What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that my coworkers care for each others well being but management make it impossible to feel better when they don't let up for one second
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
leaving attitude and home issues at the door enough to be efficient and i know that can be difficult but we currently only have one minor working in our store and he's able to do this with no issue.
