We just don't talk to each other at all.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just coffee. They take any and all mistakes too seriously and rag on employees. If their expectations could be put in the view of reality then that would help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I receive no benefits, and am paid 11 dollars an hour. If I can't make a certain time when I'm called then I'm threatened with being fired. They know I'm replacable.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was NOT interviewed properly at all. I just signed a paper and was told to report to work the following week. Dunkin Donuts has training material forthat time period but my boss did NOT tell me anything about it until my third week. I essentially was baptized by fire.
