We all get along and are kind and respectful to each otjer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing because I don't speak Spanish and everyone else does well they are working on the clock and it makes me uncomfortable at time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the same dunkins for 8 years i can do ever station in that store buy the girl who know nothing makes the same rate of pay as me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciate the crew more and signal out the ones who do , great all employees when entering a store introduce themselves and help out more stop complaining about drive-thru time the cashier is o only as fast as the weakest link and maybe give si.e type of monetary ensentive for perfect attendance
