What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership team. In fact there is no team in all dunkin franchisees I've worked at.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid the minimum with no benefits at all. All my tips goes to the manager. Anything would be better.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They want and expect far too much experience from people to work at a minimum wage job that requires no education. The expectations are far too high.
