I've been having issues ever since I became an employee as I get donuts and I tried to get a hold of the HR department and my general manager in my general managers manager and I can't get anywhere with the chain of commands

We don't get stuck at QD we don't get benefits or any of the or any of the above
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My general manager is unapproachable anytime I've ever tried to approach her she is either giving me an attitude or our conversation has ended at with her yelling and screaming at me
