What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many of the workers do get along and help each other out, however if they become friends management refuses to schedule them together immediately.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the employees. They yell at workers in front of all of the customers for issues either they cause or that were unavoidable. Also, they promise full time and then hire so many people that no one gets more than 20 hours a week.
