I have been working here at dunkin in florida for over 4 months now. As soon as I started I was harassed and discriminated. The team was less than excited to teach me around the job and had neglected to communicate with me properly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are the best part of the day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The entire staff has been negligent to my needs as far as payment, hours, and how other employees have talked, or acted towards me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to learn how to work as a group/team instead of deciding for themselves who is better than the other. Teach new hires properly and treat everyone as we are getting the same pay.
