They are fine they just act fake around me. And they visibly get angered by certain customers and treat them differently.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would appreciate if I knew I was going to be put in such a toxic environment where I would be dehanized or they would dehumanize others around me to try to shape my perspective of people.
