I love my job as a General Manager at Dunkin, But my bosses arent very helpful sometimes expect me to work 90 hour weeks open to close and have no social life at all. The drive thru times are basically impossible when training same with labor.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was an easy job to get. Dunkin is desperate to get employees because it has such a high turn over rate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I always get told Dunkin doesnt pay that way and your lucky what you get paid already. I do have to say the bonus program at my franchies is fair but I do deserve a better salary with how many hours I work weekly
