What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Crew members do whatever they want and no one is stopping them, i work at night and am the only manager who is stepping up therefore im less likely to be taken seriously
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 6 years of experience and was trained to be a store manager, yet people get hired on at the same rate as i make and I do all of the extra work that no one wants to do. Other people have been offered incentives for training one employee, i have trained 30+ with no incentive. Raise+PTO
