Manager is absolutely horrific. Worst temper, no communication skills, calls customers morons, no good leadership qualities, just the horrible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are amazing and work together very well, only thing that is negative is my manager, Faisal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not gain anything other than hourly pay and tips. My manager doesnt approve of breaks and he took away our one free food item and one free small drink even if we work from 3:30am to 12pm.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have my manager actually make eye contact with the people interviewing instead of being on his phone or laptop the entire time. Typically people also shake hands before and/or after an interview but my manager had the worst handshake that I myself had to initiate otherwise it wouldnt have happened.
