Terrible experience. If I was offered a job right now, that paid me even one dollar more for the same amount of work I already knew I would take it in a heartbeat because Dunkin expects you to do the job of multiple people while only making minimum wage and the tips for us Closers are terrible

Dunkin treats, their employees terribly, and if we got paid more, we would be much happier and willing to work harder if there were better incentives
