We are underpaid and taken advantage of by all managment levels. Certain employees literally walk around thier entire shift and maybe do some side work for about ten minutes but thats all they do. When im just one person taking orders but making coffees and grabbing food from case so 3 ppl jobs

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just to be clear i said positive buts its prob closer to 50/50
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not quite sure we have a leadership team that im aware of at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do not have meetings that im aware of and only good thing is one of the openers is great worker and assistant is good guy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because im an excellent worker with an amazingly hard work ethic have had job since 15 yrs old. The way to value your employees that work hard dont call out deserve a raise atleast .50 or a dollar 1$.i was closing the drive thru alone and closing their other store too no raise considered
