The company is cheap, theres no benefits to working here and we make barely over minimum wage. The work load and the demand for us to give perfect service is not worth the horrible pay. The managment is corrupt.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I woild feel better if I was paid more. I close the store alone but ger the same pay that morning shift people do when tbey have 4 people working together at a time
