I enjoy that all my coworkers are on the same page about management and how bad it is

Taking care of problems in the store and not telling employees to "deal with it" or "handle it ourselves"
What did you like most about the interview process?
that it wasn't an interview, the store was so desperate for workers i got an "interview" where i was just asked for my information and to give me a start date
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair pay for doing the work of 2+ people daily, I can never come to work and simply do my job, I always have to do multiple tasks that were left by others who do not care about their jobs. I would like to not have to do my managers job as I am a crew member, I am not anyone's mother nor a manager.
