The management that has contact with the store will do everything to keep there hands clean of any issues that the crew is facing. To the point of telling other members of management to not come when certain workers are working. To ignoring messages regarding issues with management, staffing issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was honest and to the point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Absolutely nothing. It's nothing but extra work for the people who decide to show up.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone doing their jobs and less phone usage and not hiding out of the cameras veiw.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To actually address the issues brought to them, not to cover them up or tell the staff they it's out of their control and there's nothing they can do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management level from General Manager to District Managers all work together to use the employees to their advantage then pay off certain staff that does them favors when they don't want to do the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Running the store 5 days a week while the GM is only in for maybe 12-14hrs a week. When upper management comes to visit they run the store correctly and staffed with GM present to make the store's appearance seem like it's running to the stands of Dunkin'.
