My team was amazing!!! If it wasn't for my team I would of had no time to even live a life outside of Dunkin Donuts!

My Multi-Unit Manager&Director were supposed to be on site daily! However,I would be lucky to see them once a week! I was bound to fail!

I was running a Dunkin Restaurant for over a year while being paid as a shift Leader! They demand your blood sweat and tears but pay poorly!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I left the company bc I had no time to raise my daughter! I was working 6Days 80 hr weeks with no help from my bosses!!
