I already said, the work needs to be split more EVENLY.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure that all workers get EQUAL work, and if NOT, give HIGHER wages to the employees that they notice go the extra mile with their work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no drama, because I do all the work and I'm quiet. So everyone gets along. But I guarantee if a dif worker did the work I do, there would be tons of drama.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid min wage-tho Im on my feet ALL day, running around like the energizer bunny. In general, making coffee is EZ- but not when you have to constantly deal with customers that are unhappy over trivial things & I'm running around like a chicken with its head off. & Im the ONLY worker who EVER cleans.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are lazy, Im the one who mops at slow times, Im the ONLY one who cleans the bathrooms, but it's NEVER noticed that I do extra work that other workers DONT. They need to TAKE turns with the cleaning during the dull times, like after the breakfast rush. But since *I* get it done, boss dont notice
