They are really nice people just lack experience.

They are awarded it seems for being late and given promotions they don't deserve and aren't ready for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel over worked and underpaid. People come and go and we who are still here pick up the slack.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Long term people, less of a turn over rate and also better pay and promotions for those who work hard and are here everyday.
