What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't like most things. Very disorganized franchise. Training program, well there's none. No communication between upper management and the store managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no compensation, except a yearly bonus. Which doesn't amount to much, worked for other companies whose bonus structure was much more adequate.
