What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hire better people that will actually show up for their shift
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone who works at my store including the managers are completely incompetent and should all be replaced
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. No one is trained properly and the lines move so slow because no one knows how to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work much harder than most, if not all, of the people I work with and simply do not feel that my time is being valued very much for all the work and effort I put into my job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should all be replaced. They are extremely annoying and are far more interested in taking time to talk to one another rather than actually do their job while still having the audacity to complain that people don’t work hard enough.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be less things on the menu so we can better serve customers at a faster pace. Also new employees need to be trained better. In the 6 months I have worked at my current location every new person has either been fired or are simply so bad they only get put on the easier positions.
