It was very quick and easy with minimal questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating its employees fairly and respectfully, and not keeping them at work when they're sick.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked full time but they wouldn't change the paperwork from part time, so I got no benefits.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Dunkin Donuts will literally hire anyone. So it's a gamble when it comes to who you work with. I've been relatively lucky to work with decent people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything is on a timer. Sometimes, we didn't get breaks even though we worked 8+ hour shifts. We weren't allowed to go home when sick and were punished for stopping to rest for a second with pictures being taken of us by corporate and emailed to our managers.
