What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They should stop hiring managers family and promoting them
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop hiring slackers, quit promoting and hiring the managers family members
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect the employees, give reviews and raises, quit stealing tips, fire the lazy shift leaders, quit letting crew and leads get away with doing what they want
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn’t even get paid OT for holidays. I was hired as FT and kept under FT hours so I wouldn’t be eligible for any benefits
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is slack, employees do what they choose and managers family is promoted over others along with a crew member being promoted who is a sister of one of the HR personnel so they get all the hours and everyone else gets shafted
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually do their job and follow the Itrains, they need to stop talking behind everyone’s back about other employees backs, the manager needs to have a backbone and make the crew actually do the work they are supposed to and they shouldn’t have promoted the managers daughter to AM
