We are a family, it's as simple as that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair, but I would say that raises are not given without a little bit of push back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works in unison and easily. We see things as an effort to make work easier on each other rather than individually.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is good, that being said, I am the store manager for the location I work at. But we truly focus on implementing a strong line of communication with our employees and they seem to be happy with that.
