
Stop the gossip about customers and fellow employees
Need to have management that leads by example
They need work on Communication and mutual respect and common courtesy.
The manager does the most gossiping all fellow employees know about your business before you even do...very poor management
To not have the manager tell you horror stories about past employees and not use their full names thats embarrassing for all parties involved
They pay the bare minimum no matter how great an employee you are everyone makes the same pay no matter how much you excell
