I do feel undervalued, I'm sure a lot of employees there feel the same way. It would be kind if we didn't have to work our hearts out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to stop rushing their employees when the employees are making drinks and such for customs. I get very stressed out working there, and i can tell everyone at work is stressed out too. Its not right, things must change.
