Friendly atmosphere with the customers and workers (as well as management)
What are some of the best things about your team?
They can make magic happen during rushes. They are all genuinely friendly, not just putting on a front for the customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we are busy enough that time goes fast, but slow enough to get all of the side work done in between customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management is quick to resolve issues. They are understanding and open to understand problems and solve them to create a hostile free work environment. They also do their best to accommodate requests off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont think it's fair that we get too busy to take a lunch, but are automatically clocked out for a half hour per shift regardless if we take one. It's frusterating to be around yummy smelling treats and coffee just to not be able to eat ANYTHING your whole shift.
