Customer service and decorating doughnuts and lobby handling high peak time and upholding policy and procedures and making my customers happy and beating my speed record
What did you like most about the interview process?
The casualness was a hug even help to ease my nerves but promises were made and not kept no matter what I did they never kept their end of the deal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had worked off clock won award my manager gave to another employee I trained district managers and cashiers and head bakers from NY to Massachusetts and was a certified trainer and made amazing doughnuts and had numerous praise from customers and coworkers but never got the raise or promised pay
