My overall experience could be better. Everyone who works the day to day works well together but things could be better. If the day to day employees felt more valued then i believe the overall experience would be better.

Everyone works together to get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are the most positive environment, sadly.

the leadership team needs to get better at communication.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager seemed positive and portrayed that the work environment would be positive
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees who are up close and comfortable with the regular customers are not valued or compensated as they should be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe not just myself but all my team members would feel more valued and appreciated if we were praised more. If the higher ups would come to us when we did something good rather than just coming to us when something goes wrong.
