
Everyone works together to get things done.
The customers are the most positive environment, sadly.
the leadership team needs to get better at communication.
The manager seemed positive and portrayed that the work environment would be positive
The employees who are up close and comfortable with the regular customers are not valued or compensated as they should be.
I believe not just myself but all my team members would feel more valued and appreciated if we were praised more. If the higher ups would come to us when we did something good rather than just coming to us when something goes wrong.
