The employees try to have a good attitude and have fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick but efficient and the hiring manager was not intimidating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop favoring friends over hard working employees. Also, they don't staff well so we're having to work double for less pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have no room to work overtime. They will work you for 39.9 hours a week and then force you to clock out before you hit 40 hours. Then you get written up if you go over 40 hours even though it's due to their poor scheduling.
