We are all from different races but we all get along like family.

We all get along and know how to work while having fun at the same time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the minimum wage is way too low and the benefits arent very well either

It's a quick process and they let you know right away if you are going to be hired
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we can all work together and we know how to handle the store without having to have the manager there at all times
