Swearing, everyone thinks there are leads. Boss swears at us. And employees do drug. No drug test. Randomly

HR needs to visit or be a mystery shopper. Maybe a customer so they can witness. Or ask there employees how they feel or treated there. Look at the paperwork and notice how many people just quiet
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Customer service and learn how to speak to employees instead of barking. Barking orders, always swearing. Customers have heard them on the mic or window. Smoke in your car or away from the doors where Customer are coming or going. Be accountable. Never on time
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything, morning crew leave right at 12 for the night crew which that's me. Never stock clean, so the next crew isn't stuck with there doing. So we do the whole store and need to be out on time. When there isn't time to clean properly
