Review from Marketing Dept
I have been given many opportunities to grow and expand my skill set.
Review from Marketing Dept
I like their approachability and drive
Review from Marketing Dept
I appreciate the enthusiasm our leadership team has for Dynatrace, the difference we're making in the market and the exciting programs we're rolling out for our employees. I honestly feel like everyone on the leadership team truly cares about me.
Review from Marketing Dept
they care about us as employees
Review from Marketing Dept
I think Rick is very inspirational and presents very effectively. His commitment to the company and us as employees is clear and powerful.
Review from Marketing Dept
There is a high level of transparency. I feel like the leaders are genuinely good people and they communicate often about the company's vision and goals, and where we need to focus our efforts for improvement.
Review from Marketing Dept
Creating unity across geographies and departments. We're all operating in silos and very much USA centric for most functions and Lab centric for innovation and fun, with little to no regard to the company actually being global.
Review from Marketing Dept
set individual measurable KPIs, care more of carreer development
Review from Marketing Dept
There is a culture of fear from the top down. No one is ever doing anything right, without clear direction on strategy and not trusting those you hired to do what they are an expert in. Give clear guidance and guardrails so we can all align and stop the knee jerk reactions.
Review from Marketing Dept
It was insulting when the company went public and only the executive team received share, regardless of how long you had been working (contributing) to the company. Sure there is a ESPP in place now, but shares should have been distributed more equitably. Lots of resentment about that on the floor
Review from Marketing Dept
The salary is very good
Review from Marketing Dept
I appreciate that the compensation package goes beyond financial reimbursement and truly supports us as employees holistically.
Review from Marketing Dept
the bonus set up is great
Review from Marketing Dept
Every quarter we get a "Wellness Day" which is a day off for the entire company. It's great getting a day to unplug where you know you won't come back to a million emails.
Review from Marketing Dept
Regular get-togethers and events in the office, Lunchit food funding
Review from Marketing Dept
The company is very stingy with RSUs, and most of our competitors are far more generous. This is a key part of compensation in other companies, and it does not seem like something that DT prioritizes.
Review from Marketing Dept
With rising costs for everyday people having a more significant yearly pay increase would make me, and I am sure most workers feel valued.
Review from Marketing Dept
DT could raise 401 K
Review from Marketing Dept
My salary is not on the average of what is paid in the market. I´m aware of this because I´ve just hired on person for my team, marketing analyst and she is going to earn a salary super close to mine. This also happens w/ my employee based
Review from Marketing Dept
Needs to be an annual evaluation system in place, with a clear path for outstanding performing employees to earn raises.
Review from Marketing Dept
My team is friendly, smart, responsive, collaborative, and talented.
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone on my team is professional and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is included and that we're over-communicating to ensure we're achieving our goals at the highest standard
Review from Marketing Dept
everyone does their best to support others as well
Review from Marketing Dept
My team is a group of highly qualified and high quality individuals. I like and respect all of them.
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone works together and is very collaborative. I genuinely like the people.
Review from Marketing Dept
The team lacks energy, enthusiasm & motivation to be successful or creative. Budgets are small which is prohibitive. Motivation is low because there is no connectivity or collaboration. Enthusiasm is low because there are no clear goals or rewards.
Review from Marketing Dept
Teambuilders and team events would be nice once in awhile to get together and get to know each other better.
Review from Marketing Dept
People are not empowered to feel like they can do enough on their own without running everything up to leadership for fear it is going to be wrong. As a result, people get complacent and don't really focus on how to improve/change.
Review from Marketing Dept
Stop hirinig ONLY recent college grads. There should be some experienced, seasoned people mixed in...that would be a win for everyone.
Review from Marketing Dept
There is little collaboration. People will go silent vs. actually talking through issues to work towards a resolution. There is also a highly negative culture where minimal excitement is shared. Everyone seems quick to jump on anything that is wrong, even though very small.
Review from Marketing Dept
The company is full of supersmart people who truly care about their customers and want to continually innovate.
Review from Marketing Dept
I appreciate that there are multiple slack channels and groups with whom I can engage with
Review from Marketing Dept
they continue to innovate and produce great products
Review from Marketing Dept
People at DT are really friendly and smart. There are very jerks and people really go out of the way to help each other which is great.
Review from Marketing Dept
The people want to be here and lean in to make things happen.
Review from Marketing Dept
The salary structure needs to be more competitive, especially to those employees who have been loyal to the company.
Review from Marketing Dept
Less reaction to everything, better strategic alignment across the organization to help push consistency. People are fearful to make a decision for it being the wrong one, empower leaders to do their jobs more effectively. Stop rewarding negative, non-teaming behavior.
Review from Marketing Dept
Talking to broad range of cross-functional stakeholders and a difficult, yet deeply engaging final round presentation

Good outcomes and supportive coworkers.
Review from Marketing Dept
Knowing that I'm making a difference to the success of the organization
Review from Marketing Dept
the people I work with
Review from Marketing Dept
I love speaking with customers and hearing out their successes and how we are enabling their businesses.
Review from Marketing Dept
The ability to make things happen/get things done.
Review from Marketing Dept
We lack high-level corporate goals; I don't know what success looks like (only high level, not specifics); My function measures success in a very out-of-date way that tells us little; there is little appetite for change; It takes a long time to get things done;
Review from Marketing Dept
Office commute is too far and the office is not really an exciting place to be
Review from Marketing Dept
lack of individual KPIs, lack of alignment cross teams, no visibility, poor communication between departments, gap between corp strategy and field needs
Review from Marketing Dept
Departments are very siloed. Address that. Make employees feel valued, i.e., $$$/stock options. When we have All Hands Mtgs, encourage Q&A.
Review from Marketing Dept
Change in leadership. More transparency and have a clear vision without constantly changing, renaming products, re-branding. Makes it extremely confusing for customers.
