The people want to be here and lean in to make things happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every quarter we get a "Wellness Day" which is a day off for the entire company. It's great getting a day to unplug where you know you won't come back to a million emails.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a high level of transparency. I feel like the leaders are genuinely good people and they communicate often about the company's vision and goals, and where we need to focus our efforts for improvement.
