Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that my work production and quality is valued by my manager. I also feel that I'm valued by my team and peers. It's more about not wanting to have to be the squeaky wheel in order to earn what I feel is equitable, versus having leadership recognize and reward proactively.
