I can't live off of what I make... I'm struggling to pay rent or just live in the city of Denver. I've been at EF for 3 years and am struggling to make ends meet because my salary is so low. I cant even think about higher education for myself while working here, we are an education company. It's bad

we have an amazing employee experience team who is doing verything they can to create new and exciting networking events. additional, there are a lot of clubs -- also we have so much ownership to execute our jobs no matter what level.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being paid. Employees spend more time trying to figure out how to make ends meet each month than actually being able to do our jobs. We have to work a second job to be able to pay rent and buy groceries... Bonus doesnt get paid often and it only supports getting a credit card bill paid...
