What do you like best about the leadership team?
they can be very helpful at times. they sometimes give a little too much criticism but all in all they are good to work with and be around most of the time .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This place is a HR nightmare! Manager frequently makes derogatory and sexually explicit comments to employees and even customers! Assistant manager smokes marajuana in bathroom and walk-in refrigerator ( with other employees) when manager isn't there! No accountability or structure. Store is chaos!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having the ability to go to the doctor without worrying about the insurance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Both shift leads are unqualified and overpaid! Both smoke marajuana in bathroom and walk-in refrigerator.

I feel they do not pay high for the amount of work they need you to do . sometimes I am not appreciated as much as I should be for the work I do .

we are all close and nice to each other and we work really good and effective together

The whole staff should be replaced! (with the exception of two associates) especially the management/ shift lead team! The culture at this location is horrible!!

Everybody is friendly and we all just want to make sure our customers are satisfied and know we will see them tomorrow.

Manger who cares, assistant manager who isn't a drug addict, shift leads who are qualified, neat clean well lit store, accountability, fair pay
