What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every thing is very nice but ability to use existing opportunity from management side is very week. There are some good leaders but majority of position holders are because of their large experience than current skills/ability. And new educated forces are less satisfied

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation on health is very very nice and house allowance is also attractive. But transport, perdiem and hard ship allowance is laughing. Mobile purchase is very corrupted and company is not keeping the promise to buying mobile apparatus for staffs.

It is not personal or company level but it is treated with the country status and as a country we are not lucky since our fore political leaders were not trust worthy, and they were too extravagant on public resource and public money.

The company's target to make branded all office and shops is appropriated me, social interaction between staff's (as my region), relationship between staff and management is also not bad. Maybe we expect more correction on our compensation

the interview goes mostly not on the work

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
1st it will be better if we'll provided written exam and interview is 2nd phase to join ET. Otherwise it will be better if we'll provided interview questions by changing and modifying regularly because it is very repetitive. One can tell last time interview to newly recruited candidate

When customer's complain solved quickly, when project accomplished on time at fair budget, when biased and corrupted individual became punished, when promotion and transfer conducted transparently
