What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs, salary increases (hopefully which will account for inflation this year).

Mat leave, however it should be updated to be inclusive parental leave that is equitable for all types of parents (adoption, surrogacy, fathers, mothers, etc.).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The global hours that we are working mean the hours worked if done as hourly rate would be less than legal minimum wage

Everyone likes to collaborate. Also, no one is competing for someone elses job so there is great trust and all working to not only advance their own our work but the entire teams.

Work together on same initiatives we are all working on too many things that has us all spread too thin, and assumptions made with way to tight deadlines and way to lean resource - burnout is evident in ALL teams

How collaborative our team is

that we build an inclusive culture across ALL companies and levels of the company. Additionally, there should be more opportunities for employees in a city to connect. For example in Jax there should be opportunities for people from NW, CP, CW, and FW to meet. Same in Tampa.
