Accessible and approachable, minimal offices for Leaders is always a positive move

Inclusion, I feel that new starters are welcome although imagine this various across departments and functions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits are not in keeping with Industry standard and a reason recruitment can be difficult in a competitive IT city

What are some of the best things about your team?

Knowledgeable and helpful and on the whole all pulling deliveries the same way. Teams are small and allows for improved interactions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The global hours that we are working mean the hours worked if done as hourly rate would be less than legal minimum wage

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Manchester head count culled and slimmed to make archiving the strategy near on impossible as staff are overwhelmed and unclear ownership of roles

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Work together on same initiatives we are all working on too many things that has us all spread too thin, and assumptions made with way to tight deadlines and way to lean resource - burnout is evident in ALL teams
