What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the pay is fair and within market. The variable opportunity is also fair and is incentivizing to drive performance.

The base salary is solid at/slightly above market, with an opportunity to make above market OTE. The automatic HSA contribution monthly is a MASSIVE relief for those with prescription meds!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is full of talented individuals with different backgrounds. I feel like we are all committed to helping each other out, jumping in when someone needs something and they are also funny, easy to work with and great people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a fully-remote organization with a few exceptions. I am used to working from home and comfortable managing my schedule and reaching out when I need something. The people here are really passionate about what we do and building great products and taking care of our customers.

It feels like a start up and no one says, "that's not my job". If someone can help you, they help you. But if there is someone that would be better able to help you, they will tell you who it is and even introduce you to that person.

I love engaging with my team and working with customers. Understanding their concerns and working to find solutions for to help them meet their needs as well as adding value to things they are already doing.
