We are honest with eachother, celebrate eachothers successes, and strive to work together to meet company goals and objectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I go above and beyond, take on special projects but never truly felt valued by my next level People Leader. I would feel better by being compensated for my hard work, consistency, and value I bring to the company.
