An higher salary. I was brought in at $32,000 less than the maximum salary for my GSR level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that the leadership team is transparent. I also like that they seem to care about other people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We like to have fun and get along well with each. Also everyone seems to work really hard and care about other people.
