They use you up and dispose of you in a blink of an eye. I was a top performer ( which is the highest PR ) for the last 12 years of direct employment and the forced me into an involentary returement at 51 yrs old. Bad managers are not taken out of their roles even when HR gets involved.

Listen to the USA customers and dont keep decontenting vehicles yo cheapen them while charging $90k

My retirement plan from the old days. I know there is no retirement for the new hires
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to customers wants and needs. Take the Lincoln, its not targeted to the USA customer anymore, it was specifically designed for the China market. And now 98% of it is built in China.
