Ford was a great place to work before but recent senior management has taken the fun out of working here.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To revert back to Alan mullalys concept. To break down beurocracy. Alan made great strides to change the culture but since he left, it’s reverted back now.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The culture is the biggest problem. Employees are not valued but taken for granted. They are not listened to. Employees are passionate and have ideas but Ford management always think they know best!
