My overall experience is good, even though I feel very insecure about my job. The worst part about that is that I'm not concerned about my talent, skills and abilities, I'm worried my name will be in a lottery or I'll be deemed too expensive and fired.

My skill team is stymied by too many old-school managers and a lack of courageous leadership overall yet we have sprinkled throughout the other skills teams any my own some excellent managers and leaders that make staying worthwhile.
