Team members are very professional, kind, and always willing to support and help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is clear about the company objectives and are able to explain it and provide examples.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in he same leadership level for ore than 10 years and my salary is not even close to the midpoint salary reported on the benefits site. I would expect that after more than 10 years my salary at least will be at the midpoint.
